Vineyard

The adage that great wines are made in the vineyard is certainly true. It is only with great love, care and attention in the vineyard during the grapevine growth cycle that great fruit can be produced.

This is not always appreciated by the drinking public so a summary of the various vineyard activities during the year is included here.
